Well, I taught journalism for two years at Loyola University New Orleans, 2000-2002, and before that four years at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville as a Graduate Associate. I taught full-time in the English, Speech and Journalism Department at Georgia College in 1995-96 as an Instructor, and before that at the University of Alabama for two years as a GTA while working on a Master of Arts in journalism. Check my vita for more information about my decade of experience as a journalist and freelance writer, and my journalism section for recent writing samples. This has been an intresting experiment in using the Internet and World Wide Web as a classroom tool. I spent a good deal of time evaluating and analyzing how computer technology enhances learning and the classroom experience.
